Third Annual Linfinity Trip to Dallas: A Hands-On Learning Experience in Commercial Real Estate

Dallas, TX — The Linfinity program recently completed its third annual trip to Dallas, providing an immersive, hands-on learning experience in commercial real estate. This year, around 30 students participated, including five from the current cohort, all eager to connect with industry professionals beyond traditional classroom settings.

During the trip, participants had the opportunity to meet with a variety of experts in the field, including:

• Commercial Property Brokers

• Commercial Loan Brokers: Ashley Cao and Paul Peebles

• Bulk Material Suppliers

• Commercial Insurance Brokers

• A Property Management Company managing over 10,000 doors

The group also enjoyed exclusive property tours, exploring a 152-unit Class B property and a 111-unit Class A property, and witnessing renovation projects through before-and-after comparisons.

Sessions included practical workshops on:

• Conducting due diligence walkthroughs

• An engaging game led by James Eng on pitching deals to investors

• A motivational talk by Anita Wong, who shared her Linfinity journey to acquiring her first 76-unit deal.
