Deal Acquisition: Broker relationships, deal flow, best practices

Due Diligence: Inspecting interiors, exteriors, electric panels, foundations, sewers

Underwriting: Income, expenses, CapEx, economic vacancy, rent projections

Property Management: Scale efficiencies, staff, vendor bids, risk mitigation
